With filelink terrarium & kodi are downloaded. I exited & tried to start working it. No go! I looked at my file storage & it’s almost full on my firestick. Can I go back to delete downloaded files? Or do I need to unistall and reinstall?

Yes you can go back and delete the files to save space.
Or uninstall Kodi there are better working APKS unlike Kodi add-ons they get shut down all of the time.
